The refund window opens on the official batch start date (or the date of the first live class) and remains active for exactly 3 calendar days.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed back to your original payment account (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer) within 3 to 5 working days from approval.

Please note: Refund requests submitted after the 3-day window has expired are not eligible for refunds. If you choose a monthly installment plan, the refund applies strictly to the initial installment paid.
